Site owner

The iwb.com.tr website (the “site”) is owned and operated by the following company:

IWB is a product developed and offered by Firmanet. In these terms, “we” refers to Firmanet and “you” refers to the person visiting the site.

Scope

These terms cover the use of the pages, forms, and content at iwb.com.tr. They explain how you may use the site, what is prohibited, and the matters for which we accept responsibility.

The use of the IWB application (app.iwb.com.tr and customer-specific iwb.com.tr subdomains) is not subject to these terms. The application is governed by the subscription agreement we enter into with the company that is our customer. For personal data in the application, the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Notice: customers, product users, business partners, and suppliers apply.

The processing of your personal data on the site is not the subject of these terms; it is covered by the documents linked in the “Personal data and cookies” section.

Nature of the content

  • For information purposes. The content on the site is intended to present IWB and our services.
  • General information, not advice. Content on regulations, the glossary, and the blog provides general information; it is not legal, financial, or tax advice. Regulations change frequently. Before making a decision, check the official source and, if necessary, consult your own advisor.
  • No prices are published. The site does not list prices. Quotes are prepared based on the number of users, the modules selected, and the deployment type (cloud deployment or deployment on your own server). The form on the Pricing page is a request for a quote.
  • Submitting a form does not create a contract. Submitting a demo request or a price request only conveys your request to us. Our sales team gets back to you by phone or email. The site does not take orders, and no contract is concluded online; an IWB subscription or deployment begins with a separate contract concluded after the quote.
  • Product views are for promotional purposes. The product views and sample screens on the site have been prepared to present IWB. The product’s appearance and features may change from version to version.
  • IWB AI examples. The examples on the site that describe IWB AI are for promotional purposes. Answers generated by IWB AI may be incorrect or incomplete; when using the product, you must check the answers before making a decision. How IWB AI processes data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, design, and software on the site belong to Firmanet, or Firmanet has the right to use them. This content is protected under the legislation on intellectual and artistic works and on industrial property rights.

  • You may view and print the content on the site for your personal information.
  • You may quote short excerpts, provided that you cite iwb.com.tr as the source and do not change their meaning.
  • Copying, reproducing, publishing elsewhere, modifying, or commercially using all or a substantial part of the content requires our prior written permission.
  • You may not use the IWB name or logo without permission in a way that gives the impression of a connection between you and Firmanet or of Firmanet’s approval.

Customer names and logos shown on the site as references belong to the respective companies. No right to use these names and logos passes to you. Where a third-party component is used on the site, that component is subject to its own license.

Prohibited uses

When using the site, you may not do any of the following:

  • Automated data collection: Using automated tools, bots, or scraping software to collect content or data from the site. Ordinary crawling by search engines is not covered by this prohibition.
  • Misuse of forms: Submitting forms with automated tools or in bulk, creating requests with false information, or adding harmful content or links to forms. The forms have measures in place to distinguish automated submissions; do not attempt to circumvent these measures.
  • Requests on behalf of others: Submitting a request on behalf of another person or company, or using someone else’s contact information, without authorization.
  • Unauthorized security scanning: Carrying out unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration attempts, or load testing on the site or on IWB infrastructure, or attempting to disrupt or slow down the operation of the site.
  • Unlawful use: Using the site for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

If you notice a security vulnerability, we ask that you report it to [email protected] before disclosing the details publicly.

We may decline to process requests submitted in any of these ways. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for unlawful acts.

The site contains links to other addresses:

  • app.iwb.com.tr: the sign-in page of the IWB application;
  • status.iwb.com.tr: IWB’s system status page;
  • firmanet.com.tr: Firmanet’s corporate website and the IWB Classic support schedule;
  • Google Maps: directions to our office addresses;
  • LinkedIn: Firmanet’s company page;
  • official source websites: websites of public authorities cited as sources in content on regulations, the glossary, and the blog.

These addresses open only when you click the link; the site does not send requests to these addresses unless you click. The terms of use and privacy rules of the site that opens are the responsibility of its operator. We are not deemed to have adopted the content of other sites we link to.

You do not need permission to link to the site. However, the link must not give the impression of a partnership with Firmanet or of Firmanet’s approval.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. However, we make no commitment that the site will always be accessible, error-free, or up to date.

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on the general information on the site. This limitation does not cover damages we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited by law (Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 (TBK)).

Personal data and cookies

Changes

Each version of these terms is identified by the version label at the top of the page. A new version does not apply retroactively: your use before a version is published is governed by the version published at that time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law.

  • In disputes between merchants, the courts and enforcement offices of Konya have jurisdiction.
  • In disputes with persons who are not merchants, the competent court and enforcement office are determined in accordance with the general statutory rules.
  • In commercial disputes, the statutory provisions on mediation as a precondition to filing a lawsuit are reserved.
  • Between merchants, notices of default, termination, and rescission are given by the means set out in Article 18(3) of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 (TTK), to our head office address stated in the “Site owner” section.
