Select records in a list and update them together, like marking quotes as sent or giving tasks a new due date. Export the list on your screen to Excel, and import your contacts and products from Excel too.
You don't have to filter the list again in Excel. The Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file you download includes every record that matches the list's filters and search. A field hidden for your role doesn't appear in the file as a column either.
Your custom fields become separate columns
Project and task lists export to Excel with their filters too
Exporting is a separate permission in role settings

Export › Excel (.xlsx): the file gets all 199 orders in this view, not only the 25 rows on this page.

Don't retype your contact and product lists
You don't have to re-enter your contacts and products record by record. IWB checks your Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file without saving it, showing how many records are new or updated, and which rows failed and why. When you confirm, the same file is imported and failed rows are skipped.
A contact whose code, tax ID (VKN), or national ID number (TCKN) matches is updated, and empty cells keep the existing value
Column names common in files from Logo and Mikro, two Turkish accounting packages, are recognized too
"Download template" comes with a sample row and column notes

Don't let a rule-breaking record change silently
Bulk actions on tasks and sales documents follow the same rules as editing each record by itself. Records that don't pass are skipped while the rest go through, and for tasks, "Details" in the notification shows each reason. "Undo" in the same notification reverts a task priority change or a removed tag.
Canceling, declining, deleting, and changing the sales rep or owner ask for your confirmation first
Only draft quotes are deleted, and sent or accepted quotes stay as they are
A sales rep change is written to each document's timeline with the old and new names
In bulk approval, each document moves to the next step of its own approval flow

Work through many records at once
Right-click menu
Right-click a row to open that record's actions, like "Convert to order" or "Assign sales rep." The page background has "Refresh" and "Select all."
Keyboard in task lists
In a task list, J and K move between rows, X selects, and Enter opens. Press ? to see the list of shortcuts.
Undo on tasks
When you change the priority of several tasks or remove a label, the result notice has an Undo button. Old values go back only to the tasks that actually changed.
Import tasks into a list
Import tasks from Excel into the list you choose. They take on that list's visibility rule.
Start from the template
"Download template" in the import dialog gives you a file with the headers IWB expects.
Custom fields on import
Custom field columns in contact and product files are read on import too, matched by the field's name.
Hidden fields stay protected
If your role hides a field, its value isn't written on import. For an ordinary field, the rest of the row is imported with a warning. For a sensitive field like the tax ID, the row is rejected with its reason.
Opening balances from a file
Import opening balances for customer and vendor accounts, carried-over checks and promissory notes, and fixed assets with accumulated depreciation from Excel.
Lists like quotes, orders, and invoices export up to 10,000 rows per file, and contact and product lists up to 20,000. If the record count is over the limit, no partial file is created and you're asked to narrow it with a filter. A contact, product, or task import file can hold up to 5,000 rows, so you split a larger file into parts.
Can I map columns myself?
IWB recognizes columns by their header names, and for contact and product files it also accepts names common in Logo and Mikro. For task and tender imports, headers that will be ignored are listed before the preview. If the headers don't match, try again with the file from "Download template."
Can I select records on other pages too?
In sales, task, and approval lists, a selection covers the page you're viewing and clears when the page or filter changes. That way, a record you can't see on screen doesn't end up in a bulk action. To work on more records together, set the page size to 100.
Can I reject documents in bulk?
In your approval inbox, you approve documents together and reject them individually. You can add a reason to each, and it stays on that document's approval trail. In the quote list, you can mark selected sent quotes as "Declined" together.
Who can export and import?
Export has its own switch in role settings ("Can export"). Importing contacts and products comes with each module's "Full access" level, and users who can create tasks can import them. In lists like quotes, orders, and invoices, users without export permission don't see the "Export" button. In contact and product lists, "Import" only appears for users with import permission.
