Pay for what you need

Answer three questions and we'll email you a detailed quote. It's based on your number of users, the modules you turn on, and how you deploy IWB.

  • Number of users

    Your quote reflects how many people will use IWB.

  • Modules you turn on

    Start with the modules you need. The rest stay off and can be turned on later.

  • Deployment

    Run IWB in the cloud or on your own server. On your own server, it's activated with a license file issued to your company.

  • Add-ons

    Your quote can include your own domain and an AI package sized to your usage.

Frequently asked questions

Why aren't prices listed on your website?

Pricing depends on the number of users, the modules you turn on, your deployment (cloud or your own server), and any add-on packages. That's why we prepare a written quote once we understand your needs. Fill out the form and we'll email you a detailed quote.

Is there a free trial?

There's no self-service trial account. Instead, we show you IWB in a demo meeting, using your workflow and sample data, and then we set up your workspace.

Can we add modules later?

Yes. You start with the modules you need. Others can be turned on in your workspace later and work on the same database right away.

Is AI priced separately?

IWB AI comes in packages with different capacities. When we prepare your quote, we work out with you which package fits your usage.

How does licensing work on our own server?

Your installation is activated with a license file issued for you, and the license is validated on your server without an internet connection. If it expires, IWB keeps working fully during a grace period. After that, you can't turn on new modules, but the modules already in use keep working.
