Stop retyping accepted quotes

Open the order, shipment, and invoice from the quote's own lines, then match the payment to that same invoice. Orders waiting to ship, late orders, and overdue invoices are lined up on your sales dashboard.

Runs in your browser. In the cloud or on your own server, it's the same IWB.

01

See where an invoice came from and how it closed

You don't have to dig through documents to trace an invoice. Every document shows a quote, order, and invoice strip at the top. The document flow shows which order and quote an invoice came from, and which payment closed it.

Document flow

Linked returns, contracts, and tenders appear in the same chart, along with their statuses.

02

Promise a date, then track the shipment

Answer "When can you deliver?" right from the order line. IWB works out a date from free stock, expected receipts, or production capacity (stock, ATP, or CTP) and records the promised delivery date on the line. Orders waiting to ship and late orders get their own cards on your sales dashboard.

  • Partial shipments, with warehouse, serial number, lot, and variant entered on each line
  • Over-delivery tolerance applies to both shipping and invoicing
  • Canceling a shipment creates a reversing entry

03

Don't let a stock shortage hold up the order

You don't need to write a separate request for the open quantity on an order. Open a draft production order or purchase requisition straight from the order line. If free stock is enough, IWB warns you first, and pressing the button twice won't create a second document.

Open quantity on every line

Each order line tracks its open quantity, and the production order or requisition you open stays linked to that order.

04

Keep exchange rates from changing without notice

Updating a quote or order won't quietly change its exchange rate. IWB saves the rate and its source on the document: the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB), a customer-specific rate, a fixed rate, or manual entry. If there's no rate for the day, the foreign-currency invoice isn't issued. FX difference invoices are prepared from payment matches in Finance.

05

Spot invalid fields before the invoice is issued

If an invoice breaks the rules of the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB), IWB doesn't issue it and shows you which field to fix. When you issue an invoice, IWB checks the number sequence, the customer's tax ID, whether the scenario fits the invoice type, the closed period, and the credit limit. IWB includes 11 GİB invoice scenarios and 19 invoice types.

  • VAT withholding, exemption, and special tax base codes
  • Orders shipped but not invoiced within 7 days get their own card on your sales dashboard (Tax Procedure Law, VUK 231/5)
  • Issued invoices can't be edited, only canceled

06

Everyone sees only what their job needs

You decide who sees prices. Users in the Sales role see their own documents; order amounts need a separate permission, so a warehouse operator sees orders and shipments but not prices. You can hide line prices, discounts, and VAT, or make them read-only, field by field.

Segregation of duties

Built-in templates include rules such as "Invoice issuer can't take collections" and "Order approver can't ship".

07Document flow

Shipping and accounting reuse what sales entered

Once a quote is accepted, you open the order, then the shipment and the invoice, from the same lines. You don't re-enter exchange rates or VAT rates, and the payment and journal entry stay linked to the same flow.

10Compliance

Invoice on time and keep closed periods closed

See how e-Invoicing works
  • 11 GİB scenarios and 19 invoice types, with VAT withholding, exemption, and special tax base codes
  • VUK 231/5Tracks whether shipped lines are invoiced within 7 days
  • No backdated invoices in a closed VAT or accounting period
  • Foreign-currency documents use the delivery- or invoice-date rate, and no invoice is issued without one

Frequently asked questions

How does a quote become an order?

You convert an accepted quote into an order. Lines, exchange rates, and VAT rates carry over as they are, and the order opens as a draft. A quote can be linked to only one order at a time, and a second order can't be opened unless the first is canceled.

Can I ship and invoice an order in parts?

Yes. You can ship an order in several shipments, invoice it in parts, and combine lines from different orders on the same invoice. The remaining quantity stays visible on the order.

Can I issue invoices in foreign currency?

Yes. IWB saves the exchange rate and its source on the document. If you change the invoice date, IWB refreshes the rate and warns you. If there's no rate for that day, the foreign-currency invoice isn't issued.

Do I need separate software for e-Invoices?

No. IWB generates the document: an e-Invoice if the customer is registered for e-invoicing, or an e-Archive invoice if not. Your chosen integrator (EDM, BirFatura, TürkKEP, or Veriban) delivers it to GİB.

Can my warehouse team see sales prices?

Not unless you want them to. Order amounts need a separate permission, and you can hide line prices, discounts, and VAT, or make them read-only, by role.

Can my customers see their shipments?

Yes. In the customer portal, your customers see their own shipments and waybills. Quotes and invoices aren't available in the portal.
