Know what you can sell without calling the warehouse

Stock reserved for other orders, waiting in quarantine, or owned by your customers doesn't count as available. You can also look up each lot's expiry date and the customers it went to.

Runs in your browser. In the cloud or on your own server, it's the same IWB.

01

Ship the lots that expire soonest first

A badge on each lot nearing or past its expiry date shows the days left or how many days ago it expired. Every lot records its status (quarantine, available, or blocked), production date, and expiry date, and goods in quarantined or blocked lots can't be issued. On issue, lots are selected by FIFO (first in, first out), by FEFO (first expired, first out), or manually.

  • Built-in "Expiring soon" and "Expired" lot views
  • Generate serial numbers in bulk from a mask; they show on every movement

02

See what each warehouse has left and what's coming

Available stock counts only what you're free to sell, leaving out reserved goods and goods in quarantine, at a subcontractor, or in custody for customers. Customer-owned goods in a custody warehouse aren't valued. A product's quick view shows on-hand, reserved, and available quantities by warehouse, along with restricted stock and incoming goods.

03

Keep track of goods between warehouses

Goods you send leave the source warehouse and show as stock in transit until the destination receives them. The destination warehouse can receive part or all of the shipment, and you record whatever isn't received as a loss. Print the transfer waybill as a PDF.

04

Your warehouse team knows what to pick next

Give each warehouse a 1-step (ship only), 2-step (pick and ship), or 3-step (pick, pack, and ship) flow. During picking, IWB suggests the bin and your team scans the barcode or bin code. The delivery status is settled one of three ways: you confirm it manually, the customer responds to the e-Waybill, or the response period runs out and it becomes "Deemed accepted."

  • Group orders going on the same vehicle into a load and print its loading list as a PDF
  • Each order issues its own waybill, and you can download the waybills you select together as a ZIP file

05

Find affected customers in a recall

See which customers a lot went to and which raw material lots it came from. Trace forward from a lot or serial number (production, shipments, customers) and backward (raw material lots, vendors). The result is a list of affected customers.

  • The trace is rebuilt from the stock ledger on every query, not read from a saved report
  • Traceability needs its own permission, which is off by default

06

Have stock value ready for the month-end close

You can value stock at weighted average, FIFO, or standard cost. Each receipt creates a cost layer, and issues take their cost from those layers. You set the negative stock policy (allow, warn, or block) for your organization and per warehouse.

  • See stock value as of the date you choose, by product, warehouse, and lot
  • Cost and stock value are visible only with a separate permission, which is off by default

Every correction stays on the record

A wrong stock entry isn't deleted. A reversing entry corrects it, and both stay in the ledger. IWB calculates balances from the ledger every time they're read.

07Document flow

Tell customers where their order stands

When you confirm a sales order, IWB reserves the stock for it. Your warehouse team then picks, packs, and ships the order, and stock is posted to the ledger only at the ship step. The delivery status comes from your manual confirmation or from the customer's response to the e-Waybill (e-İrsaliye), Turkey's electronic waybill.

09Capabilities

What you can do with Inventory

  • Variant matrix

Generate every combination of color, size, and pattern values; each variant SKU is derived from the product code.

  • Unit conversions

Give each product its own unit conversions (1 case = 24 pcs) and a secondary unit.

  • Attributes

Enter measurements such as width, length, or density as defaults on the product and as actual readings on each lot.

  • Handling units

Track cases inside pallets and boxes inside cases; each package gets a number from its own code series.

  • Label templates

Version your customer-specific label templates; the customer approves a particular version.

  • Bulk price revision

Raise prices by a percentage or an amount, preview the result first, and revert the revision if you need to.

  • Excel and CSV import

See which products will be created or updated before you apply the import. Rows with errors are skipped, and the rest are saved.

  • Low stock tasks

Set up a task rule, and when a product drops below its minimum level, IWB creates a task and sends a notification.

10Compliance

Waybills and costing that follow Turkish rules

Shipments, cost layers, and product records follow Turkish tax rules. You send the e-Waybill from the shipment using the e-Invoicing module, and it goes out through Veriban, an e-invoicing integrator licensed by the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB). Enter the carrier and license plate at the ship step.

See how e-Invoicing works
  • VUK 230/5Each waybill is issued to one buyer, so goods for three customers on the same truck need three waybills.
  • VUK 262Cost layers are created at the net price after discounts.
  • GVK 40/5, KDVK 30/dOn expense items flagged as passenger cars, only the deductible share is expensed; the rest is a non-deductible expense (KKEG).
  • IWB picks the VAT rate in effect on the document date. Products carry a VAT exemption code and a customs tariff code (GTİP).
  • Users see a plain unit name such as "pcs", while the e-document carries the standard unit code GİB requires.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with barcode scanners?

Yes. A barcode scanner works like a keyboard in the browser. Scan the barcode or bin code when picking, and the barcode or SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code) on handling units. There's no separate handheld terminal app.

Does IWB generate SSCC labels?

No. Handling units get numbers from IWB's own code series. If you have pre-printed SSCC labels, enter the number in a separate field and scan it to find the package.

Does it handle multiple warehouses and companies?

Yes. You can share a product record with the companies you choose, while stock, costs, and movements stay separate for each company. A warehouse's type (subcontractor, quarantine, or custody) determines how its stock is counted.

Which costing methods are available?

Weighted average, FIFO, and standard cost. You can see stock value as of the date you choose, with the layer quantity and ledger quantity next to it.

Can it print directly to a label printer?

No. Label data is filled in with the product, lot, date, and weight, and downloads as a plain text file. There's no direct output in a specific label printer language.
