Get contact records right the first time
An invalid ID number is caught before it's saved, so you fix it before any invoice goes out. IWB validates the 10-digit tax ID for companies and the 11-digit Turkish national ID number for individuals by their check digits. It also checks the 16 digits of the MERSİS trade registry number, the IBAN, and the format of email and registered email (KEP) addresses.
- Customer and vendor roles on the same record, with at least one selected
- Whether an invoice goes out as an e-Invoice or an e-Archive invoice is checked with your e-invoicing integrator at send time, and the answer is saved on the record
- Create a new record from inside the contact picker without leaving the document
ID numbers stay need-to-know
You can show tax and national ID numbers to a role with only the last four digits. A hidden number doesn't match in searches or duplicate checks either.
