Announcement

The new IWB is live and IWB Classic support ends November 30

Firmanet Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. · Updated

We’ve released IWB, our new ERP software. We built it on new infrastructure and technology, drawing on years of feedback from IWB Classic users. IWB isn’t an upgrade of IWB Classic. It’s a separate, new product.

What’s in IWB

  • More than 25 ERP and CRM modules, including Sales, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Laboratory, run on the same database.
  • IWB AI, the AI assistant built into IWB, answers your questions from your own records. It asks for your approval before it creates or changes a record. We offer AI packages in different capacity tiers to match your usage.
  • You can run IWB in the cloud or on your own server.

IWB Classic support timeline

From now on, we’ll continue our development work in IWB, so we’re ending IWB Classic support on a planned schedule:

  • September 2026: We stopped selling new IWB Classic licenses.
  • October 15, 2026: We no longer sign new maintenance contracts or renew existing ones. Contracts already in force remain valid until they expire.
  • November 30, 2026: Technical support, bug fixes, and security patches end. After that date, IWB Classic won’t be updated for regulatory changes, such as revisions to Turkey’s e-Invoice (e-Fatura) and e-Ledger (e-Defter) rules. It won’t be adapted to operating system or database updates either.

You own your IWB Classic license, so you can keep using the software. We don’t recommend it, though. We cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from use after the end-of-support date. Storing and backing up the data on your own servers is your responsibility.

How your data moves to the new IWB

We move your data with IWB’s migration tool. We start with a compatibility check and a trial run that writes no records. Then we run the live migration and measure the result in a reconciliation report. The Migrating from IWB Classic page explains what moves over, what gets set up again, and what happens to your numbers.
