What we do
The teams that build IWB, deploy it for businesses, train users, and support it all work for the same company.
Product
IWB is an ERP that runs in the browser, and its more than 25 modules share the same database. Turkish regulatory features and AI come with the product. The same product runs in the cloud or on the customer's own server.
Background
In 2021 we acquired all rights to iWorkBetter, whose development began in 2006 at ODTÜ Teknokent, the Middle East Technical University technology park. That product is known today as IWB Classic. We built the new IWB as separate software and launched it on October 14, 2026.
Company
Firmanet Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. was founded in 2020 as part of Solimpeks Group. Our headquarters are in Konya, and our product, support, and training teams work in Konya and Ankara.
Working with customers
Every implementation starts with listening. We map out needs and existing systems with the customer, show IWB in a live demo, and prepare a quote based on the number of users and the modules. After approval, we set it up and provide hands-on training.

Teams
We have 8 departments: teams that build and test the product, teams that work with customers, and teams that run the company.

Builds the product. Its priority is to understand what customers need and keep improving the software.

Software support
Logs support requests, answers them, and sees them through to resolution.

Training and implementation
Delivers hands-on training and manages go-live for each customer.

Testing and analysis
Checks the quality and reliability of the software, tests the user interface, and suggests improvements.

Sales
Listens to customer needs and runs the demo and quote process.

Marketing
Handles market research, content, and digital channels.

Human resources
Looks after employee development and the workplace.

Accounting
Manages the company's financial processes and records.
