Your logo and company name sit in the header, and the line items, totals, and signature area go in the order you choose. Once you save a design, later documents print with it, and you can reset to the default if it doesn't work for you.

Give all your documents the same brand look
You don't set colors and font sizes document by document. Pick a preset look and set your brand color and table style once; after you save, every document from then on prints with them. Each document keeps its own layout, and the statement of account still prints the tightest.
Four preset looks: Classic, Modern, Corporate, and Compact
Document headings and the highlighted table header take on your brand color
With the Compact look, documents with many line items fit on fewer pages
Before you save, see the result in a preview of any document you pick

Let customers abroad get their quotes in English
You don't prepare a separate document to put a quote into English. Set the customer's document language to English, and quotes, orders, order confirmations, and proforma invoices for that customer print with the English design. English designs have their own rows in the list and are edited separately from the Turkish ones.
Fixed text on the page, plus date and number formats, follow the document's language
If a customer's document language is left blank, the document prints in Turkish
Designs you change show as "Customized" in the list
If the product's built-in design is updated, yours doesn't change, and the list shows a notice

Give foreign-currency invoices their own numbers
Tell foreign-currency invoices apart by their number. Open a second series for sales invoices, type its name and format, and choose currency as its condition. Invoices issued in USD or EUR take their number from this series, and other invoices continue on the series you already use.
The year, month, branch, or company code can be part of the number
Reset the counter every year, fiscal year, month, or day
If two series match the same invoice, the one with the lower priority value is used
The middle of the designer shows the printed document. Try it on multi-page, foreign-currency, or payment-plan samples without affecting your real documents.
Paper and margins
Print on A4, A5, Letter, or a custom size, in portrait or landscape. Enter the top, bottom, left, and right margins in millimeters.
Pre-printed letterhead
When you print on pre-printed letterhead, turn off the logo and company details. Add top space on the first page to match the letterhead.
Copies
Print a waybill as a customer copy and a shipping copy. Each copy's label prints on the page.
Required details stay put
On quotes, orders, invoices, and waybills, the document number, date, and customer name can't be removed. On invoices, the QR code and the emblem of the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) stay in place too.
Hidden fields stay off paper
The field list shows only fields you're allowed to see. If a field is hidden for the person printing, it prints blank.
Designs by company
In a group of companies, each company has its own designs. The header prints that company's logo and name, plus the address of the issuing branch.
Number gap breakdown
See used, canceled, and unexplained numbers for a counter separately. The list shows the reason for each canceled number.
You can change the design of 35 document types in IWB. In Sales, these include quotes, orders, proforma invoices, and sales invoices. Purchase orders, collection receipts, statements of account, and journal entries are on the list too. Field Service, Laboratory, and Tender Tracking documents are edited from the same screen.
Do invoices and waybills print in English too?
English designs come for quotes, orders, order confirmations, and proforma invoices. Sales invoices and waybills are documents under the Tax Procedure Law, so they print in Turkish. To send a customer abroad your price in English, you can use a proforma invoice.
If I change a design, do issued invoices change too?
The new design applies to every document printed from then on, including when you reprint an older one. On an issued invoice, though, the company name, tax ID, and address in the header print as they were on the issue date. e-Invoice and e-Archive copies are also kept as they were when produced.
Do I set the e-Invoice number and its look here too?
GİB sets the format of e-Invoice and e-Archive numbers, and you enter the series prefix in e-Document settings. Document design shapes the PDF that IWB prints, and e-Invoice and e-Archive copies are produced with this design too. The official form of the e-Invoice that goes to the buyer is the document file in the format GİB sets.
Who can change document designs?
Users with the "Design document templates" permission change designs, and the built-in Manager role has it. A user who can print a document can't touch its design without this permission.
