You don't retype a quote's details on the order, the invoice, or the collection. More than 25 modules share the same database, so a quote becomes an order, then a shipment order and an invoice, then a collection. Every record shows the document before it and the one after.

IWB generates e-Invoice, e-Archive, and e-Waybill documents itself. You send e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices through one of 4 integrators licensed by the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB), and e-Waybills through Veriban. Turkish central bank (TCMB) exchange rates, VAT closing, provisional tax, and period-end notes rediscount (reeskont) are included. IWB also validates tax IDs, national IDs, and IBANs.

Your sales team sees its own customers, your warehouse sees quantities, and your accountants see prices, while hidden fields stay masked. IWB has more than 500 granular permissions across more than 100 record types. Your administrator can trace, step by step, who can see a record and which rule allows it.

IWB AI answers your questions about overdue invoices, late service orders, or pending approvals from your own records. It has more than 160 built-in lookups and actions, and before it creates or changes a record, it shows you what it will do on an approval card. The assistant works within your permissions and can't extend them.

You set up new fields, approval steps, and printed document layouts yourself, from the admin screens.
Add your own fields to 35 record types, including contacts, orders, samples, and service orders. They show up as list columns and filters, and a formula can calculate them if you want.
Set approval levels by amount, branch, or person for actions that support approval, such as approving a purchase order or posting a finance voucher. You can also name delegates for approvers and set escalation for steps that run past their time limit.
Change the layout of quotes, invoices, and waybills, as well as service and laboratory documents, with a block-based designer. You can roll a template back to an earlier version.

Modules and user permissions are the same in all three.
We set up your workspace and take care of updates. Your sign-in page shows your company name, logo, and color.
Run IWB on your company's own domain (available as an add-on). Your IT team makes two small changes, and the rest is automatic.
Your data stays on your own infrastructure. You install IWB with our team, and we agree on the update schedule together. If you turn on automatic updates, IWB backs up the database before it installs an update.
Your data is kept apart from other companies' data. The application and the database each enforce that separation.
Sales reps see their own customers, warehouse staff see stock quantities, and accountants see prices.
The change history and the security log show who changed what, and when.

Lists, dashboards, reports, and notifications work the same way in every module that has them. Each module's page shows whether it includes ready-made reports and a dashboard.

No. IWB is a new ERP, built from scratch and launched on October 14, 2026. If you use IWB Classic, our migration page covers the timeline and the migration steps.
IWB runs in the browser, so there's nothing to install on your computers. Each company's data is kept apart in both the application and the database. A security check runs every time IWB starts; if the check fails, IWB doesn't open. If you plan to install IWB on your own server, we share the system requirements with your IT team during the quote process.
Yes. IWB runs in the browser, and its screens adapt to phones and tablets. Technicians install the IWB Technician app on their phones from the browser. It keeps logging work when the connection drops and sends it once the connection is back. IWB isn't in the app stores, and it doesn't send push notifications.
Yes. You can download built-in reports as Excel or CSV. You can also export lists such as contacts, products, projects, and e-documents; what you can export depends on the list. If you run IWB on your own server, the database stays on your server too.
No. Human Resources covers employee records, attendance, leave, and requests. Payroll calculation is outside its scope, and the employee record has no salary field. You export attendance as a CSV file and load it into your payroll software. For project costing, you can enter monthly payroll costs in Projects with a separate permission.
