Keep your everyday apps at the top of the home screen
Apps you don't use stay out of the way, and your layout and theme look the same on any computer. Drag tiles to reorder them, drop a tile onto another to make a folder, or hide them.
Each person picks their own theme, dark or light, and nobody else's screen changes. Pick one of the 6 preset themes to change the theme mode, accent color, and corners together. You can also pick your company color as the accent with the eyedropper.

See where work is waiting from the home screen
You know whether work is waiting in a module before you open it. The number on an app's row counts approvals waiting on your decision, contracts nearing their end date, or unread messages. Click the arrow on the row to open the module's menu and go straight to quotes or invoices.
Counts only include sections you can open, and they disappear at zero
Switch between the list and tile layouts with the button next to the search box
Search on the home screen opens the ⌘K palette, where you jump to a page or ask IWB AI

Put the numbers you track on your own dashboard
A sales rep wants their own quotes at the top of the dashboard, and a sales manager wants late orders there. Add cards from the gallery to the dashboards of 21 modules, then drag a card and set its width and height. Your layout is saved only for you, so a coworker's dashboard doesn't change.
The gallery groups cards into sections such as Follow-up, Counts, Amounts, and Reports
Add a saved report view to the dashboard as a card
On the Sales dashboard, "Only mine" limits counts to your own records
Lock the layout or turn on auto-refresh

Each user sets up their own screen
Folders
Drop an icon onto another to make a folder. Name it yourself and remove it whenever you like; the apps stay on the home screen.
Hidden apps
A hidden app isn't turned off and still opens with ⌘K. Bring it back from the "Hidden" list in edit mode.
Keyboard and touch
Select an icon with the space bar and move it with the arrow keys. On a touch screen, press and hold an icon, then drag it.
Wallpaper
Put your own image on the home screen and choose its dimming and blur. Ready-made textures such as Dawn, Grid, and Dots are there too.
Text and density
Pick a font and make text larger or smaller. Compact density fits more data on the screen.
High contrast and reduced motion
Borders and secondary text stand out more. Reduced motion keeps transitions and animations to a minimum.
Sidebar and forms
Choose a Fixed, Floating, or Bordered sidebar. Record forms open in a side panel or in the center of the screen.
6 interface languages
Each user picks their own interface language. You can work in Turkish while a coworker uses English.
No, home screen layouts, themes, and dashboards are saved to each user's own account. To share a look, export it to a file from the "Manage" menu, and your coworker imports the same file. The wallpaper isn't included in the file.
Does hiding an app from the home screen turn it off?
No, the app stays on for everyone, and you still open it with ⌘K. Hiding only changes your own home screen, and turning modules on or off is up to an administrator. System apps such as My work, Approvals, and Settings can't be hidden individually; you can turn off the whole System section instead.
Can we give the whole company the same color?
Themes are each user's own preference, and there's no company-wide theme to enforce. Pick your company color with the eyedropper and export the look to a file, and every user who imports it gets the same look. Importing also applies the file's home screen layout and greeting name.
Which languages is IWB available in?
The interface is available in Turkish, English, German, French, Russian, and Kyrgyz. Each user picks their own language. If no language is picked, IWB follows the device language and opens in English when that language isn't supported.
How many cards fit on a dashboard, and what if I mess up the layout?
Each module dashboard holds up to 24 cards. If you don't like the layout, use "Reset to default" to go back to the module's suggested cards. A card you don't have permission to see shows no data.
