Follow up before a lead goes cold

Give every new inquiry an owner, and catch stalled work in time. You work leads from a queue and opportunities on a stage board, and every opportunity stage change goes into a log that can't be edited.

Runs in your browser. In the cloud or on your own server, it's the same IWB.

01

See how much business sits in each stage

Drag an opportunity to the next stage, and the count and revenue totals in the column headers update with it. If you drop a card in the wrong column, undo it from the notification. Leads, on the other hand, open as a list you work through like a queue.

  • View opportunities as a list, a board, or a calendar
  • When the stage changes, probability resets to the stage default, and you can override it
  • Each card shows expected revenue, probability, and the next step

02

Catch duplicates before they're saved

When someone on your team tries to add a customer you already have, IWB stops the save and shows the existing record. It checks the tax ID (VKN), Turkish national ID number (TCKN), phone, and email, and anyone who means to go ahead can still save from the warning. A very similar company name only triggers a warning.

The same check on contact records

The check covers leads and opportunities together. When a lead is converted to a contact, the duplicate check on the contact side runs too.

03

Spot leads that have sat too long

A lead that goes past its stage's time limit shows in the list with how many days it has sat idle. You set the time limit for each stage; by default, it's 2 days in the lead track's New stage and 30 days in the opportunity track's Negotiation stage. When you complete an activity linked to a lead in New, the lead moves to Contacted and the time of first contact is recorded once.

  • The lead track has three stages on purpose: New, Contacted, Qualified
  • Waiting time counts from the last activity and the last update on a task
  • Time to first contact is in the Lead Acquisition report

04

See why you lose opportunities

You can't close a lost opportunity or disqualify a lead without picking a reason, so your loss analysis has no gaps. Loss reasons and disqualification reasons are separate lists, and each becomes its own breakdown in reports. Expected revenue stays in the opportunity's own currency at the exchange rate from the moment it was saved, and the Sales Pipeline report shows the probability-weighted amount in TRY.

6 built-in reports

Lead Acquisition, Opportunity Acquisition, Sales Pipeline, Conversion Funnel, Stage Transitions, and Deal Closure. Your own custom fields work as breakdowns too.

05

Get contact records right the first time

An invalid ID number is caught when the record is saved: IWB validates tax IDs and national ID numbers by their check digits, and checks the format of the MERSİS trade registry number, the IBAN, and the registered email address (KEP). The risk limit, payment terms, and price list live on the record too. When you merge two records, linked records in 16 modules move to the target record, and the source record isn't deleted.

  • Customer and supplier roles on the same record
  • Shared across group companies or limited to specific companies
  • No new sales or purchasing documents for a blocklisted contact

06Document flow

Enter customer details once, from lead to order

When you qualify a lead, you open one or more opportunities from it, and the lead stays in the list as "Converted." You can create its contact record in the same step. A quote created from a contact-linked opportunity carries over the contact, sales rep, and source, and an accepted quote becomes an order in Sales.

08Capabilities

What you can do with CRM

  • Lead pool

Leads without an owner wait in the pool, and claiming one takes a separate permission.

  • Quotes and projects

Create a quote or a project from an open opportunity linked to a contact.

  • Group companies

Share a lead with your group companies, while an opportunity stays with the company it was opened in.

  • Custom fields and formulas

Add your own fields and formulas to leads and opportunities. When you qualify a lead, the values copy over to the opportunity.

  • Next step

Each row in the list shows the nearest open activity or task.

  • License renewals

When you prepare a license renewal quote, you can open a CRM opportunity with it.

  • Excel and CSV

Import your contact list, up to 5,000 rows per file, after checking a preview.

  • KVKK anonymization

Under KVKK, Turkey's personal data protection law, you can erase an individual contact's personal details. The record then becomes read-only.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a lead and an opportunity?

A lead is an inquiry you haven't qualified yet, and you work it from a queue. An opportunity is a sale in progress, with an amount and a stage. When you qualify a lead, an opportunity opens from it, and the lead stays in the list as "Converted."

Can the same customer be entered twice?

If the tax ID, national ID number, phone, or email matches, IWB stops the save; a similar company name only triggers a warning. Duplicate leads are blocked up front, and you can merge two contact records that already exist.

How do I bring over my existing customer list?

Import your contact records with an Excel or CSV template, up to 5,000 rows per file. You see a preview before anything is saved. Column headings from Logo and Mikro, two Turkish accounting packages, are recognized too.

Can sales reps see only their own records?

Yes. You decide who sees which records with roles and record rules. Users with the built-in Sales role see only their own leads, opportunities, quotes, and contracts, but all of the company's contact records. Leads without an owner wait in the pool, and claiming one takes a separate permission. You can also mask fields such as the tax ID in a role.

Can I send email campaigns or WhatsApp messages?

No. IWB CRM is built around leads, opportunities, quotes, and customer records. There's no campaign module, and CRM doesn't send WhatsApp or SMS messages. You log calls, meetings, and emails as activities on the record.
