There's nothing to install on your team's computers, and we take care of updates. We set up your workspace at an address of its own, and your sign-in page shows your company name, logo, and color.

Web-based ERP is business software you use in a browser. Processes such as sales, accounting, inventory, and manufacturing run in the same system, with no programs to install on each computer. Updates happen once on the server, not machine by machine.
IWB was built for the browser from the start. More than 25 modules share the same database, and the screens adapt to the narrower displays of phones and tablets. You can use IWB in the cloud or install it on your own server.

Your team signs in to IWB at your company's own address: yourcompany.iwb.com.tr. Only your company's users can sign in there, and the shared sign-in page takes each user to the company they belong to. You can change the address once every 30 days.

When your team signs in at your own address, they see your company name, logo, accent color, and welcome message. You choose the accent color: one of 10 presets or your own. A preview shows the change before you save it.

Your users sign in at your own domain, such as erp.yourcompany.com. Your IT team makes two small changes, and the rest is set up automatically.

Our team runs the cloud deployment. You can still see which version you're on, maintenance notices, and the system status.
We install each new version on the server once. Your team's computers need no installs or updates.
During maintenance, IWB shows a full-screen notice. An announcement banner can also appear in your workspace.

User permissions are the same in both, too. What differs is the setup, the web address, updates, and where your data lives.

No, we set up your workspace for you. First, we learn about your needs in a demo meeting and walk you through IWB using your own workflow. Once you approve, we handle the setup and give your teams hands-on training.
Yes, once every 30 days. The old address redirects to the new one for 30 days. An address must be at least 3 characters long and can contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Yes. You can run IWB on your own domain, such as erp.yourcompany.com. It comes as an add-on package. Your IT team makes two small changes, and the rest happens automatically.

Yes. The same email address can be a member of several workspaces. At sign-in, users land in the workspace they used last and can switch to the others from the menu.
