Bring your industry's specialized work into your ERP

Lab samples, service orders, production orders, and tender files all run on IWB's standard modules. In the demo, we show your industry's workflow with sample data.

02

Adapt IWB without waiting on a developer

You set up fields, approval flows, and printed documents yourself, from the admin screens.

Track the details your business needs

Add your own fields to 35 record types, including contacts, orders, samples, and service orders. They show up as list columns and filters, and a formula can calculate them if you want.

Route larger amounts up the chain

Set approval levels by amount, branch, or person for actions that support approval, such as approving a purchase order or posting a finance voucher. You can also name delegates for approvers and set escalation for steps that run past their time limit.

Documents go out in your own layout

Change the layout of quotes, invoices, and waybills, as well as service and laboratory documents, with a block-based designer. You can roll a template back to an earlier version.

Frequently asked questions

Do you install a special version of IWB for my industry?

No. Every industry uses the same IWB. The difference lies in which modules you turn on and how the setup matches your workflow. IWB already includes modules for needs such as laboratory work, service networks, and tender tracking.

My industry isn't on the list. Will IWB work for my business?

The 6 industries listed are the scenarios we chose to highlight. Modules such as Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Inventory are available to any business. In the demo, we set up your workflow with sample data and show you how IWB handles your own work.

Can we add industry-specific information to our records?

Yes. Your admin can add custom fields to 35 record types without writing code, with 17 field types and formulas to choose from. You can use a new field as a column, filter, or sort option in lists. Fields marked sensitive are visible only to users with a separate permission.

We have several companies. Can we manage them all in one place?

Yes. You set up your group companies in the same IWB workspace. Each company keeps its own books, and users see the companies they have access to. The multi-company groups page has the details.
